Join a Work Group
Participation in all RIFPC work groups is open to anyone with expertise or experience who wants to collaborate on advancing the Council’s priorities. The groups set policy priorities, provide testimony, and learn from each other.
2023 Work Groups:
A great first place to get involved with the Council is to join a Work Group that fits your interests and experience. This is one of many opportunities to volunteer, and there are differing levels of commitment.
There are no dedicated “seats” for any particular organizations or sectors. Council members contribute independently, offering expertise and sharing experience. Work groups form around key functions and commitments, or around particular policy issue areas.
Groups form annually around key functions and commitments, or around particular policy issue areas. Meetings are usually held virtually, with some in-person gatherings throughout the year.
